कोल्हापूर : कोल्हापूरच्या कळंबा कारागृहात धक्कादायक प्रकार निदर्शनास आलाय. एका कैद्याकडे गांजाच्या पुड्या सापडल्या आहेत. विशेष बाब म्हणजे त्या कारागृहात सुरक्षेसाठी तैनात असलेल्या शिपायाने त्या आरोपींना गांजा पुरवल्याचा प्रकार उघडकीस आला आहे. यामुळे पुन्हा एकदा कुंपणानेच शेत खाल्ल्याची चर्चा होत आहे. हा प्रकार याअगोदरही झाला होता.

आरोपींकडून गांजा सदृश्य अंमली पदार्थांच्या छोट्या 8 पुड्या आणि दीड हजार रुपयांची रोकड विशेष पथकाने जप्त केली आहे. दरम्यान, शिपायासह एकूण चौघांवर पोलिसात गुन्हा नोंदविण्यात आला आहे. ही घटना पहिल्याच निदर्शनास आली नसून मागेही निदर्शनास आली होती. जिल्हा मध्यवर्ती कारागृहात पुन्हा एकदा कैद्यांकडे गांजा सापडला आहे आणि धक्कादायक गोष्ट म्हणजे कारागृहात सुरक्षेसाठी नेमलेल्या शिपायानेच शिक्षा भोगणाऱ्या तीन आरोपींना गांजा पुरविल्याचे वृत्त आहे.

शिपायासह एकूण चौघांवर रात्री जुना राजवाडा पोलीस ठाण्यात गुन्हा नोंदविण्यात आला आहे. इंद्रजीत बलोटिया, छेदीलाल निर्मळ, आणि जगदीश मेहता अशी तिघा कैद्यांची नावं असून शिपाई सतिश गुंजाळ असे गुन्हा दाखल झालेल्या चारही आरोपींची नाव आहेत. आरोपींकडून गांजा सदृश्य अंमली पदार्थांच्या छोट्या आठ पुड्या आणि दीड हजार रुपयांची रोकड विशेष पथकाने जप्त केली आहे. कारागृहातील तपासणी पथकाचा झाडाझडती केली. तेव्हा,हा प्रकार समोर आला आहे.

कळंबा मध्यवर्ती कारागृहात अनेक गंभीर गुन्ह्यातील आरोपी शिक्षा भोगत आहेत. गेल्या काही महिन्यात कारागृहात कैद्यांना मोबाईल पुरविल्याचा तसेच गांजा पुरवण्याच्या अनेक घटना समोर आल्या आहेत. कारागृह प्रशासनाकडून त्याची दखल घेतली जाते मात्र एक दोन महिने झाले की असे प्रकार समोर येतात. वारंवार असे प्रकार होत असल्याने, याला चाप लावण्याकरित ठोस कारवाई करण्याची गरज आहे.
