बार्शी : गेल्या 12 सप्टेंबरला पार पडलेल्या देशव्यापी नीट परिक्षेत जिल्ह्यातील एका केंद्रावर परिक्षार्थ्यांना विसंगत कोडच्या प्रश्नपत्रिका व उत्तरपत्रिका दिल्या गेल्यामुळे विद्यार्थ्याचे शैक्षणिक नुकसान होणार असल्याच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर उच्च न्यायालयाने परिक्षा आयोजक नीट आणि केंद्रिय आरोग्य मंत्रालयाला नोटीसा बजावल्या आहेत. तसेच पुढील तारखेला या विद्यार्थ्यांच्या प्रश्नपत्रिका आणि उत्तरपत्रिका सादर करण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत.
बार्शी तालुक्यातील धामणगाव येथील अभिषेक कापसे आणि उत्तर सोलापूर तालुक्यातील हगलूर येथील वैष्णवी भोपले यांनी याप्रकरणी न्यायालयात धाव घेतली आहे. या याचिकेची पुढील सुनावणी 7 ऑक्टोंबर रोजी होणार आहे. याचिकाकर्त्यांच्यावतीने ऍड. पुजा थोरात, ऍड. गजानन कुकडे, ऍड. एच.एस. शिंदे यांनी काम पाहिले.
अभिषेक आणि वैष्णवी यांचा कुंभारी येथील स्वामीनारायण गुरुकुल इंटरनॅशनल स्कूल मध्ये नंबर आला होता. यावेळी पर्यवेक्षकाने त्यांना प्रश्नपत्रिका व उत्तरपत्रिकेचे सीलबंद पाकिट न देता फोडून दिले. त्यामुळे प्रश्नपत्रिका वेगळ्या क्रमाकांची आणि उत्तरपत्रिका वेगळ्या क्रमांकाची दिली गेली. त्यांनी लागलीच ही बाब पर्यवेक्षिकेच्या निदर्शनास आणून दिली. मात्र त्याने आपलेच बरोबर आहे म्हणून त्यांना गप्प बसविले. त्यांनी वारंवार विनंती केली मात्र पर्यवेक्षिकेने दाद दिली नाही.

त्यामुळे आपले शैक्षणिक नुकसान होणार आहे, हे त्यांच्या लक्षात आले. त्यांनी परिक्षा झाल्यानंतर लागलीच जिल्हा प्रशासनाकडे धाव घेतली. जिल्हाधिकार्‍यांनी सुनावणी घेवून वरिष्ठांना अहवाल पाठविला. याबाबत नीटकडून अद्यापपर्यंत कार्यवाही झाली नसल्यामुळे त्यांनी न्यायालयात याचिका दाखल केली. त्याची सुनावणी न्यायमूर्ती आर.डी. धनुका आणि एम.एस. कर्णिक यांच्या व्दिसदस्यीय पीठासमोर झाली. याचिकेचे गांभीर्य लक्षात घेवून न्यायालयाने या दोन्ही विद्यार्थ्यांच्या प्रश्नपत्रिका व उत्तरपत्रिका न्यायालयासमोर सादर करण्याचे आदेश दिले आहेत.
