सोलापूर : राष्ट्रवादी पक्षाने आज सोलापुरात काँग्रेस चांगलाच राजकीय धक्का दिला आहे. राष्ट्रवादीचे सर्वेसर्वा शरद पवार यांच्या उपस्थित आज सोलापुरात कार्यकर्त्यांचा मेळावा झाला. या मेळाव्यात कोणतीच चर्चा नसताना अनपेक्षितपणे काही जणांचा राष्ट्रवादीत प्रवेश झाला. या प्रवेशाने काँग्रेसला धक्का बसला आहे.
शरद पवार हे गेल्या काही महिन्यातच सोलापूरला येणार होते. पण काही कारणास्तव येवू शकले नाहीत. त्यामुळे कार्यकर्त्यांमध्ये निरुत्साह आला होता. मात्र आजच्या मेळाव्याने मागची कसर भरुन काढली. मेळाव्यास भरगच्च गर्दी होती. यावेळीसही युवकांची जादा उपस्थित होती.
मेळावा चालू होण्याआगोदरच काँग्रेसचे माजी शहराध्यक्ष सुधीर खरटमल यांना मंचावर पाहून अनेकांच्या भुवया उंचावल्या. त्यानंतर भाषणादरम्यान अचानकच पक्षप्रवेश करणा-यांची यादी वाचण्यात आली. या यादीत पहिले नाव काँग्रेसचे माजी शहराध्यक्ष सुधीर खरटमल आणि दुसरे नाव काँग्रेसच्या माजी महापौर नलिनी चंदेले यांचे नाव घेण्यात आले. दोघांनी मंचावर येऊन राष्ट्रवादीत प्रवेश केला. शरद पवार यांनी दोघांच्याही गळ्यात राष्ट्रवादीचे चिन्ह असलेले उपरणे घातले.
* स्वतंत्र निवडणूक लढवण्याचा इशारा
महापालिकेत भाजपला पराभूत करण्यासाठी राष्ट्रवादी इतर पक्षांची आघाडी करण्यास तयार मात्र सन्मान हवा अन्यथा स्वतंत्र निवडणूक लढवू, असा इशाराही पवारांनी मेळाव्यात दिला. या कार्यक्रमात तौफिक शेख आणि महेश कोठे यांनी महापालिकेवर राष्ट्रवादीचा झेंडा फडकवण्याची घोषणा केली. हाच धागा पकडत भाषणाच्या शेवटी शरद पवारांनीही सोलापूर महानगरपालिकेवर राष्ट्रवादीचा झेंडा फडकावयाची अपेक्षा व्यक्त करीत माझी साथ राहीन, असेही सांगितले.
याच कार्यक्रमात माजी महापौर महेश कोठे यांनी शहरात आयटीपार्क उभारण्याची मागणी शरद पवार यांच्याकडे केली. यास उत्तर देताना पवारांनी मान्य करीत हिंजवडीमध्ये होऊ शकते, सोलापुरात का होत नाही म्हणत औद्योगिक कारखाने सोलापुरात आणून सोलापूरला पूर्वीचे दिवस आणण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करणार असल्याचे शरद पवार यांनी सांगितले. पण त्यासाठी महापालिकेची सत्ता राष्ट्रवादीच्या ताब्यात देण्याची मागणी केली.

या भागातील शेतकऱ्यांनी वन विभागाच्या अधिकाऱ्यांना पाचारण केले. वनविभागाचे अधिकारी थोरात यांनी परिस्थितीची पाहणी करून ठसे घेऊन ठसे पुढील तपासणीसाठी पाठविले आहेत. प्रथमदर्शनी हे ठसे बिबट्या सदृश या प्राण्याचे असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले. त्यामुळे परिसरातील शेतकऱ्यांमध्ये भीतीचे वातावरण तयार झाले आहे. हराळवाडी शिवारात उसाचे क्षेत्र जास्त असल्याने याच परिसरात बिबट्या लपून बसला असेल म्हणून कोणीही शेतकरी शेताकडे जाण्यास तयार नाही.
वन विभागाकडे बिबट्याचा वावर असलेल्या भागात पिंजरा लावण्याची मागणी शेतकऱ्यांकडून केली जात आहे. जीवाची जोखीम घेऊन शेतामध्ये जाण्याची वेळ येऊ देण्याऐवजी वन विभागाने पिंजरा लावून बिबट्याला जेरबंद करावे, अशी मागणी शेतकरी वर्गाकडून केली जात आहे. वन विभागाकडून शेतकऱ्यांना आपली सुरक्षा करण्याचे तसेच जनावरांची सुरक्षा करण्याच्या सूचना दिल्या आहेत.
आपली जनावरे चारण्यासाठी मोकळी सोडू नये, गोठ्यामध्ये बांधण्याचे तसेच शेतात जाताना किंवा येताना एकटे न जाता समूहाने जाणे तसेच आवाज करत जाणे किंवा मोबाईलवर गाणे लावून जाणे तसेच बिबट्या दिसला तर त्याचा फोटो काढण्यासाठी त्याच्या पाठीमागे जाऊ नये, शेतांत राहणा-यांनी आपल्या घराबाहेरील लाईट चालू ठेवावे, अशा सुरक्षेच्या सूचना देण्यात आल्या आहेत.
प्रथमदर्शनी हे ठसे बिबट्या सदृश्य प्राण्याचे असून ठसे घेऊन तपासणीसाठी पुढे पाठवले आहेत. तपासाअंती आपल्याला समजेल, निश्चित कोणाचे ठसे आहेत. तरी सध्या शेतकऱ्यांनी सुरक्षेची काळजी घ्यावी, असे थोरात (वनविभागाचे अधिकारी) यांनी सांगितले आहे.
