पुणे : पुण्याच्या तळजाई टेकडीवरील प्रकल्पाला विरोध करण्यासाठी मनसे अध्यक्ष राज ठाकरे यांच्या नेतृत्वात 24 ऑक्टोबर रोजी पुण्यात मोठं आंदोलन होणार आहे. मनसेचे शहर अध्यक्ष वसंत मोरे यांनी या आंदोलनाची माहिती दिली आहे. तळजाई टेकडीवर प्रकल्पामुळे या टेकडीवर अतिक्रमण करण्यात येत आहे, ते आम्हाला मान्य नाही. म्हणून राज ठाकरे यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली आंदोलन करण्यात येणार आहे. असे वसंत मोरे यांनी सांगितले.
राज ठाकरे यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली 24 ऑक्टोबर रोजी पुण्यात आंदोलन होणार आहे. याकडे संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्राचं लक्ष लागलं आहे. मनसेचे शहर अध्यक्ष वसंत मोरे यांनी या आंदोलनाची माहिती दिली. तळजाई टेकडीवर प्रकल्प होत असून या टेकडीवर एक प्रकारचं अतिक्रमणच केलं जाणार आहे. त्याला आमचा विरोध आहे. त्यासाठी आम्ही आंदोलन करणार आहोत. मनसेचे अध्यक्ष राज ठाकरे यांच्या नेतृत्वात येत्या 24 तारखेला हे आंदोलन होणार आहे. सकाळी 7 वाजताच या आंदोलनाला सुरुवात होणार असल्याचं वसंत मोरे यांनी सांगितलं.

दरम्यान, सहकारनगर भागातील तळजाई टेकडीवरील सुमारे 107 एकर जागेवर नियोजित जैवविविधता वसुंधरा प्रकल्पाचा विस्तृत प्रकल्प आराखडा (डीपीआर) पुणे महापालिका प्रशासनाने स्थायी समितीकडे मंजुरीसाठी सादर केला आहे. तळजाई जैवविविधता वसुंधरा प्रकल्पास नागरिकांनी मोठ्या प्रमाणावर विरोध दर्शवला आहे. या प्रकल्पामुळे परिसरातील मूळ जैवविविधता नष्ट होण्याची भीती स्थानिक व्यक्त करत आहेत. त्यामुळे हा प्रकल्पच रद्द करण्यासाठी नागरिकांनी ‘तळजाई बचाव अभियान’ सुरू केले आहे. त्याची दखल मनसेनेही घेतली असून आंदोलन करण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.
दरम्यान, तळजाई टेकडीवरील प्रस्ताविक जैवविविधता वसुंधरा प्रकल्पास सहकारनगर भागातील पर्यावरण प्रेमी, सहकारनगर नागरिक मंच, सहकारनगर बचाव अभियान या नागरिकानी गेल्या महिन्यात तळजाई टेकडीवर स्वाक्षरी मोहीम राबवून या प्रकल्पास विरोध दर्शवला होता. या प्रकल्पामुळे परिसरातील मूळ जैवविविधता नष्ट होण्याची भीती आहे, त्यामुळे हा प्रकल्पच रद्द करण्यासाठी नागरिकांनी तळजाई बचाव अभियान मोहिम राबवली आहे. या तळजाई बचाव अभियानास नागरिकांनी उत्स्फूर्त प्रतिसाद देत दोन हजार स्वाक्षरी मोहीम यशस्वीपणे राबवली आहे. तळजाई टेकडीवर हजारो नागरिक पर्यावरप्रेमी, निसर्गप्रेमी तळजाई टेकडीवर फिरायला येतात. त्यामुळे या तळजाई टेकडीची जैवविविधता नैसर्गिक दृष्ट्या जशी आहे तशी राहावी, असे पर्यावणप्रेमीं नागरिकांची भूमिका आहे.
