सोलापूर : क्रीडा व युवक सेवा संचालनालय, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुणे अंतर्गत जिल्हा क्रीडा अधिकारी कार्यालय, सोलापूर मार्फत जिल्ह्यातील गुणवंत क्रीडापटू व क्रीडा मार्गदर्शक यांच्या कार्याचे आणि योगदानाचे मूल्यमापन होवून त्यांचा गौरव व्हावा व प्रोत्साहन मिळावे तसेच क्रीडा क्षेत्राच्या विकासाला चालना मिळावी या उद्देशाने देण्यात येणारा जिल्हा क्रीडा पुरस्कार सन 2021-22 या वर्षाकरीता अर्ज मागविण्यात येत आहे.
सन 2021-22 वर्षाकरीता जिल्हा क्रीडा पुरस्कार शिवछत्रपती क्रीडा पुरस्कार व अन्य क्रीडा पुरस्कार नियमावली शासन निर्णय क्र. शिछपु 2018/ प्र.क्र.127/ क्रीयुसे-2 दि. 24 जानेवारी 2020 www.maharashtra.gov.in या संकेतस्थळावर उपलब्ध करण्यात आला असुन त्याचा संकेतांक 202001242003053921 असा आहे. सदरच्या शासन निर्णयानुसार जिल्हा क्रीडा पुरस्कार गुणवंत खेळाडू पुरुष व महिला, दिव्यांग खेळाडू तसेच गुणवंत क्रीडा मार्गदर्शक या प्रकारामध्ये पुरस्काराकरीता अटींची पुर्तता करुन विहित नमुन्यात अर्ज आवश्यक त्या छायांकित कागदपत्रासह सादर करणे आवश्यक आहे.
तुमच्या हक्काचे ‘सुराज्य डिजिटल’ फेसबुक पेज, ट्विटर, कू ॲपवर आणि ‘टेलिग्राम’वरही उपलब्ध
या पुरस्काराकरीता दि.1 जुलै ते 30 जुन या कालावधीतील कामगिरी ग्राह्य धरली जाईल. या व्यतिरिक्त आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावर उल्लेखनिय कामगिरी केलेल्या खेळाडूंना शासन निर्णयानुसार थेटचे पुरस्कार देण्यात येतो. पुरस्कारार्थी यांना प्रमाणपत्र, स्मृतीचिन्ह व रोख रुपये 10,000/- (अक्षरी रुपये दहा हजार मात्र) असे या पुरस्काराचे स्वरुप आहे.
सन 2021-22 या वर्षाकरीता जिल्हा क्रीडा पुरस्कार वितरण करण्याकरीता विहित नमुन्यातील अर्ज दि. 29 डिसेंबर 2021 पर्यंत जिल्हा क्रीडा अधिकारी कार्यालय, सोलापूर येथे कामकाजाच्या दिवशी कार्यालयीन वेळेत उपलब्ध होतील. तसेच विहित नमुन्यात भरलेला अर्ज, आवश्यक त्या छायांकित कागदपत्रे साक्षांकित करुन, 03 पासपोर्ट फोटो, पुस्तिकेच्या स्वरुपात एकत्रित बंद लिफाप्यात या कार्यालयात दि. 31 डिसेंबर 2021 रोजी कार्यालयीन वेळेत सादर करावे असे आवाहन जिल्हा क्रीडा अधिकारी, सोलापूर नितीन तारळकर यांनी केले आहे.
