नवी दिल्ली : विराट कोहलीने (virat kohli) आज कसोटी संघाचे कर्णधारपद सोडले. आपण कर्णधारपदाचा राजीनामा (resignation) देत असल्याचे त्याने ट्विटरद्वारे जाहिर केले. दक्षिण आफ्रिकेविरुद्धच्या कसोटी मालिकेत 2-1 अशा पराभवानंतर विराट कोहलीने भारतीय कसोटी कर्णधारपदाचा (Captaincy) राजीनामा दिला. प्रवासात कुठेतरी थांबा घ्यावा लागतो आणि कसोटी संघाचा कर्णधार म्हणून माझ्यासाठी तो क्षण आला आहे. असं कोहली म्हणाला.
विराट कोहलीने भारताच्या टेस्ट टीमचा (test team) राजीनामा दिला. विराटने टेस्ट टीमची कॅप्टन्सी सोडल्याचं ट्विट केलं, यानंतर 20 मिनिटांमध्येच बीसीसीआयने (BCCI) हे ट्विट (tweet) रिट्विट (retweet) केलं आणि विराटला धन्यवाद दिले. विराटच्या नेतृत्वात भारतीय टेस्ट टीम नव्या उंचीवर पोहोचली, याबाबत त्याचे अभिनंदन. विराट भारताचा सगळ्यात यशस्वी टेस्ट कर्णधार आहे, असं बीसीसीआय त्यांच्या ट्वीटमध्ये म्हणालं आहे.
