मोहोळ : पांडुरंग फुंडकर फळबाग लागवड योजनेतून शासनाने शेतकरी सुधारण्यासाठी फळबाग योजना तयार केली. परंतु त्यातही शेतकऱ्यांनाच गंडा बसतोय, अशी अवस्था मोहोळ तालुक्यात निर्माण झाली.
याबाबत अधिक माहिती अशी, की शासनाने शेतकऱ्याचं राहणीमान , त्यांना योग्य प्रकारे मार्गदर्शन व्हावे,शेतकऱ्यांनी फळबाग योजनेची लागवड करावी व उत्पन्न घ्यावे या अपेक्षेने राज्य सरकारने शेतकऱ्यांना पांडुरंग फुंडकर फळबाग लागवड योजना सुरू केली आहे. या योजनेतून शेतकऱ्यांना फळबाग लागवड करून दिली जाते. याचा लाभ मोहोळ तालुक्यातील काही शेतकर्‍यांनी घेतला आहे.
या योजनेत शंभर टक्के अनुदान दिले जाते. या योजनेमध्ये फळबाग लागवड करून दिली जाते. चार वर्षानंतर या लागवडीच्या नंतर सुमारे ४ वर्षांने बागेला फळ धारणा व्हायला सुरवात होते आणि शेतकऱ्याला उत्पन्न सुरू होते. अशा प्रकारची ही योजना असून या महिन्यांमध्ये मोहोळ तालुक्यात काही शेतकऱ्यांनी फळबाग लागवड करताना डाळिंबाच्या लागवड केली होती. यामध्ये अधिकाऱ्यांनी शेतकऱ्यांना शासकीय मान्यता असलेल्या नर्सरीतून रोपे घ्यावी, अशी सूचना केली.
शेतकी अधिकाऱ्यांच्या मार्गदर्शनानुसारच शेतकऱ्यांनी संपूर्णपणे अधिकाऱ्यांच्या मार्गदर्शनानुसार शासकीय मान्यता प्राप्त नर्सरीतून रोपे खरेदी केली व त्या रोपांची लागवड करून व्यवस्थितपणे संगोपन ही केले. चार वर्षानंतर फळे हाताला आल्यानंतर फळे खरेदी करणाऱ्या व्यापाऱ्यांना शेतकऱ्यांनी बोलावून घेतले व रोपे विक्रीबाबत विचारले असता यामध्ये एकाच जातीची रोपे नसल्याचे व्यापाऱ्यांनी शेतकऱ्यांना सांगितले.

व्यापा-याचे हे बोलणे ऐकून शेतकरी हवालदिल झाले व त्या शेतकऱ्यांनी संबंधित अधिकार्‍यांची संपर्क साधला. याबाबत विचारणा केली असता त्या अधिकाऱ्यांनी त्या बाबतीत तज्ञ मार्गदर्शन करणाऱ्या व्यक्तींना पाचारण केले. त्यांनीही त्या ठिकाणी भेट देऊन त्याची शहानिशा केली असता तज्ञांनी सांगितले की यामध्ये दोन प्रकारची रोपे आहेत, त्या वेळेस शेतकरी म्हणाला मी फक्त डाळिंबातील भगवा हा प्रकार मागितला होता.
परंतु मला वेगळ्या प्रकारची रोपे कशी काय मिळाली याबाबत या अधिकाऱ्यांनी त्या शेतकऱ्यास उडवाउडवीची उत्तरे दिली. हा प्रकार चार वर्षानंतर उघड झाला आहे. त्यामुळे शेतकऱ्याला नुकसानीला सामोरे जावे लागत आहे.
हे या फळबागेचे संगोपन करण्यासाठी जवळजवळ अडीच ते तीन लाख रुपयाचे खते या फळबागेसाठी शेतकऱ्यांनी वापरले असून ती संपूर्णपणे उधारीवर घेतली. त्यामुळे त्या शेतकऱ्याला आता भाव किती मिळणार आणि याचे कसे देणे द्यायची हा प्रश्न शेतकऱ्यांसमोर निर्माण झाला आहे. त्यामुळे संबंधित अधिकारी आता काय भूमिका घेणार याकडे, त्या नुकसानग्रस्त शेतकऱ्यांचे लक्ष लागले आहे.
