सोलापूर / मोहोळ – पुणे महामार्गावरील सावळेश्वर टोल नाक्याजवळ कंटेनर आणि दुचाकीच्या अपघातांमध्ये शेतकरी ठार झाल्याच्या कारणावरून संतप्त झालेल्या नागरिकांनी उपप्रादेशिक परिवहन अधिकाऱ्यांच्या स्कॉर्पिओची तोडफोड करीत दगड आणि लाथाबुक्याने केलेल्या मारहाणीत दोन वाहन निरीक्षक आणि त्यांचा ड्रायव्हर असे तिघेजण जखमी झाले. ही घटना आज सोमवारी दुपारच्या सुमारास घडली.
शिवाजी निवृत्ती सोनटक्के (वय ४७) आणि राजेश रणजीत अहुजा (वय ५६ दोघे रा.सुंदरम नगर, आरटीओ ऑफिस जवळ) असे जखमी झालेल्या वाहन निरीक्षकांची नाव आहे. तर त्यांचा चालक शिवाजी किसन गायकवाड (वय ५५ रा. जुळे सोलापूर) हे देखील मारहाणीत जखमी झाले. या तिघांना सोलापुरातील शासकीय रुग्णालयात दाखल करण्यात आले. त्यापैकी शिवाजी सोनटक्के या वाहन निरीक्षकांची प्रकृती गंभीर आहे.
या संबधी मिळालेली माहिती अशी मोहन दत्तात्रय आदमाने (रा.शिरापूर ता. मोहोळ) हे शेतकरी आज दुपारी दोन वाजेच्या सुमारास आपल्या दुचाकीवरून मोहोळ ते लांबोटीच्या दिशेने जात होते. सावळेश्वर टोल नाक्याच्या अलीकडे अचानक थांबलेल्या कंटेनरला पाठीमागून धडक दिल्याने ते गंभीर जखमी होऊन जागीच मयत झाले. दरम्यान उपप्रादेशिक परिवहनची एमएच०४ – केआर -६४५८ ही स्कार्पिओ घटनास्थळी दाखल झाली. तेव्हा संतप्त झालेल्या नागरिकांनी त्यांच्याच वाहनांमुळे हा अपघात झाला असे समजून मारहाण केली. नागरिकांनी हाताने दगडाने मारहाण केल्यामुळे तिघेजण जखमी झाले.

कंटेनर उभा करण्यासाठी आरटीओनी त्यांची गाडी कंटेनरच्या आडवी लावून थांबवण्याच्या प्रयत्नात कंटेनरच्या मागून येत असणारा मोटारसायकलस्वार अचानक कटेनरला थांबवल्यामुळे कंटेनरला धडकून मयत झाला. या घटनेमुळे मयताच्या नातेवाईकांनी कटेनर व आरटीओच्या वाहनाच्या काचा फोडत आरटीओसह कर्मचाऱ्यांना बेदम मारहाण केली. ही घटना आज सोमवारी दुपारी दोन वाजण्याच्या सुमारास वडवळपाटी जवळ घडली. गाडी आडवी घालून कंटेनर चालकाला कंटेनर उभा करण्यास सांगितले. अचानक आरटीओची गाडी आडवी आल्याने कंटेनर जागीच उभा राहिला. यादरम्यान पाठीमागून मोहोळकडून शिरापूरकडे गावी निघालेले प्रगतशील बागायतदार मोहोन दत्तात्रय आदमाने (वय-५५) हे मोटरसायकल (क्रमांक एम एच १३ सी. एक्स १४०३) वरून जात असताना अचानक उभारलेल्या कंटेनरवर मोटारसायकल धडकून खाली कोसळले. या अपघातांमध्ये ते जागीच ठार झाले.

आरटीओ कार्यालयाकडील वाहन क्रमांक एम एच ०४ के आर ६४५८ मधील कर्तव्यास असलेले अधिकारी राजेश आहुजा, शिवाजी सोनटक्के यासह गाडीतील इतर कर्मचारी यांनी राष्ट्रीय महामार्ग क्रमांक ६५ वर सोलापूर कडे जाणारे कंटेनर अचानक हलगर्जीपणाने, निष्काळजीपणाने व बेदकरारपणे थांबविल्याने कंटेनरला पाठीमागून मोटारसायकल धडकून झालेल्या अपघातात एक जण ठार झाला. या प्रकरणी या दोन आरटीओ अधिकार्‍यांसह इतर कर्मचारी व कंटेनर चालक यांच्यावर अमोल अर्जुन अदमाने यांनी दिलेल्या तक्रारीनुसार मोहोळ पोलिसात गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे. अधिक तपास पोलिस उपनिरीक्षक संतोष माने करीत आह
