पंढरपूर : शेत जमिनीच्या बांधाचा दगड हलवल्यामुळे डोक्यात टाॅमी मारून गंभीर जखमी करून दिलीप साहेबलाल नदाफ (रा. बालाजी नगर तांडा तालुका मंगळवेढा) यांचा खून झाला होता. याप्रकरणी आरोपी सैफन बंडू नदाफ यास जन्मठेपेसह 50000 दंडाची शिक्षा पंढरपूरचे अतिरिक्त जिल्हा सत्र न्यायाधीश एन के मोरे यांनी सुनावली.
याबाबत अधिक माहिती अशी की फिर्यादी बिस्मिल्ला नदाफ व आरोपी सैपन नदाफ यांच्या शेतजमिनी जवळजवळ आहेत. या शेत जमिनीच्या बांधावरून वाद होऊन आरोपी बंडू याने शेतजमिनीच्या बांधाचा दगड हलवला होता. तो दगड गुलाब नदाफ याने परत आहे तसा ठेवला होता. या कारणावरून 26 नोव्हेंबर 2015 रोजी दोघांमध्ये वाद झाला. त्यानंतर पुन्हा 27 नोव्हेंबर रोजी आरोपी सैपन नदाफ याने मरवडे गावाच्या शिवारात सकाळी साडेआठ वाजण्याच्या सुमारास लोखंडी टाॅमीने मारून गंभीर जखमी केले होते.
उपचारादरम्यान त्याचा मृत्यू झाल्याने मंगळवेढा पोलिस ठाण्यात गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला होता. तपास अधिकारी ए आर डाके यांनी तपास करून तीन आरोपी विरोधात पंढरपूर सत्र न्यायालयात दोषारोपपत्र दाखल केले होते. सुनावणी दरम्यान सरकार पक्षाने पंधरा साक्षीदारांच्या साक्षी नोंदवून आरोपीने गुन्हा केल्याचे सबळ पुरावे न्यायालयासमोर मांडले. त्यानुसार आरोपी यास कलम 302 मध्ये दोषी धरून जन्मठेपेसह 50000 हजार दंडाची शिक्षा सुनावली. यापैकी चाळीस हजार रुपये फिर्यादीस नुकसान भरपाई देण्याचा देखील निकाल न्यायालयाने दिला आहे. तर या गुन्ह्यातील संशयित आरोपी बंडू नदाफ हाफिजा नदाफ यांची सबळ पुराव्याअभावी निर्दोष मुक्तता केली.
यात सरकार तर्फे ॲड. सारंग वांगीकर यांनी काम पाहिले तर कोर्ट पैरवी म्हणून पोलीस कॉन्स्टेबल रमेश सूर्यवंशी कार्यरत होते.

या कार्यक्रमाला तहसीलदार प्रशांत बेडसे -पाटील पोलिस निरीक्षक अशोक सायकर, गटविकास अधिकारी गणेश मोरे,मोहोळ नगरपरिषदेचे मुख्याधिकारी डॉ. योगेश डोके, पंचायत समितीचे गटशिक्षणाधिकारी सिद्धेश्वर निम्बर्गी, डॉ. कौशिक गायकवाड,सभापती रत्नमाला पोतदार, पंचायत समिती सदस्य रामराजे कदम, सहाय्यक पोलीस निरीक्षक राजकुमार डुणगे,पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक धनाजी खापरे, सुधीर खारगे उपस्थित होते.
गोरडे पुढे बोलताना म्हणाले, आपत्तीच्या घटना शंभर टक्के थांबवू शकतो. कुत्र्यांच्या भुंकण्याचा संकेत आहेत, तो वेळीच ओळखले तर आपण आपली सुरक्षितता कायम ठेवू शकतो. आपत्ती काळात संपूर्ण परिसराला याचा १ कॉल सावध करू शकतो. या ॲपच्या माध्यमातून संदेश देणाऱ्या व्यक्तीचा आवाज संदेश स्वरूपात मिळतो. तसेच कोणी जाणून बुजून या कॉल च्या माध्यमातून वैयक्तिक अथवा प्रचाराची माहिती प्रसारित करण्याचा प्रयत्न करत असेल तर ती यंत्रणा कार्यान्वित होत नाही. या यंत्रणेच्या माध्यमातून फक्त मदतीचे कॉल होतात. आणि सगळ्यात महत्त्वाचे म्हणजे जोपर्यंत तुम्ही तुमचा मोबाईल उचलत नाही तोपर्यंत या ॲपच्या माध्यमातून सातत्याने तुमच्या मोबाईलची रिंग वाजतच राहते. तसेच ज्यावेळी कॉल येतो त्यावेळी जर तुम्हाला त्याचा आवाज व्यवस्थित आला नाही तर त्या क्रमांकावर पुन्हा संपर्क करून सदरच्या घटनेबाबत माहिती घेता येते. ग्रामस्तरावर विकासात्मक ध्येयधोरणे सांगण्यासाठी, नागरिकांपर्यंत पोहोचविण्यासाठी या ग्राम सुरक्षा यंत्रणेच्या माध्यमातून काम करणे शक्य होते. यामुळे वाड्या-वस्त्यांवर राहणाऱ्या नागरिकांना दिलासा मिळणार असून ग्राम सुरक्षा यंत्रणेच्या ॲपच्या माध्यमातून जास्तीत जास्त नागरिकांनी एकमेकाशी संपर्कात रहावे व भविष्यात येणाऱ्या संकटापासून वाचण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करण्याचे आवाहन ही यावेळी बोलताना गोरडे यांनी केले.
