नवी दिल्ली : गाय, शेण आणि गोमूत्र यामुळे राज्याच्या अर्थव्यवस्थेला मजबूत आणि देशाला आर्थिक दृष्टीकोनातून सक्षम केले जाऊ शकते, असे मध्य प्रदेशचे मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान यांनी म्हटले आहे. ‘गाय-बैल यांच्याशिवाय काम होऊ शकत नाही, शेण आणि गोमूत्राने खत, किटकनाशक, औषधी सारख्या अनेक औषधी तयार केल्या जात आहेत,’ असे शिवराज सिंह यांनी येथे स्पष्ट केले.
भोपाळमध्ये भारतीय पशुवैद्यकीय संघटनेच्या महिला शाखेच्या अधिवेशनाला संबोधित करताना मुख्यमंत्र्यांनी ही माहिती दिली. चौहान म्हणाले की गाय आणि बैलाशिवाय काम नाही होऊ शकत. सरकारने गोशाळा उभारल्या आहेत. परंतु जोपर्यंत या कामासाठी जनतेची साथ नाही मिळत तोपर्यंत याचा फायद होणार नाही. तसेच गायीचे शेण आणि गोमुत्रापासून आपण देशाची अर्थव्यवस्था मजबूत करू शकतो आणि सुदृढ करू शकतो, असेही चौहान आवर्जून म्हणाले.
कार्यक्रमात उपस्थित पशुवैद्यकीय डॉक्टरांना संबोधित करताना शिवराज सिंह चौहान म्हणाले की, ‘गाय आणि बैलाशिवाय काम चालू शकत नाही’. सरकारने गोशाळा बांधल्या, पण जोपर्यंत समाज जोडला जाणार नाही, तोपर्यंत सरकारी गोशाळाचा काही उपयोग नसणार.

मागील वर्षी राज्यामध्ये भाजप सरकारने ६ विभागांच्या मंत्र्यांबरोबर एका गौ कॅबिनेटच्या स्थापनेची देखील घोषणा केली होती. यामुळे राज्यात गायीचे संरक्षण आणि गायीचे उत्पादन वाढवण्याकरिता कार्य केले जाणार आहे. मध्य प्रदेशच्या २०१८ च्या विधानसभा निवडणुकीच्या जाहीरनाम्यामध्ये देखील गायीवर अधिक जोर देण्यात आला होता. यामध्ये प्रत्येक गावात गौशाळा बांधण्याचे तसेच गोमूत्राचे व्यावसायिक उत्पादन सुरु करण्याचे आश्वासन देण्यात आले होते.
गेल्या वर्षी मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान यांनी गाईचे दूध, शेण आणि गोमूत्र यांचा वापर निरोगी समाजासाठी आवश्यक असल्याचे सांगत त्याच्या वापरावर भर दिला होता. त्यानंतर हे विधान केले आहे.
